The 1950s and 1960s seem to be the golden age of everything from television to music. While I’m an 80s kid, I still look at these decades with fondness because it seemed like a simpler time and the pace of life was less stressful.
It was a great time for music and one group that will always be remembered is The Ronettes. Their hit single named ‘Be My Baby’ was released in August 1963 and remains a classic to this day.
In fact, not only is it regarded as one of the best songs of the 1960s, Rolling Stone magazine ranked it #22 in its list of best 500 songs of all time.
