You may have heard of Dr. Dan the Pancake Man, one of the most amazing pancake artists we’ve ever seen. He whips up his pancake art at private events in Saint Louis, Missouri and posts them on his website, dancakes.com.
Founded on August 1st, 2013, Dr. Dan and his assistant pancake artist Hank have been creating pancakes that put smiles on people’s faces. Recently, they started using food coloring to make their pancake art even more epic.

On Friday, August 22, 2014, he and other chefs including Chef Liz Schuster (of Tenacious Eats) Chef Wil Pelly (of Sanctuaria Wild Tapas, Café Ventana, Hendricks BBQ, and Diablitos) and Chef Tracy Wilson (pastry chef from The Chase Park Plaza) served free pancakes for everybody to enjoy at Well Spring Church (33 S. Florissant Rd, Ferguson, MO 63135).
